Get to Know

There is the opportunity for a get-to-know meeting before you rent the INSTITUT DIVINE. Get in touch with me and we will find an appointment. The fee for such a non-binding meeting costs CHF 100.-. This amount will be credited again on the first booking. Please note that I can offer a maximum of 1 meeting like this per month.

 

I have furnished my residence with high quality, with attention to detail and it means a lot to me. So I hope to understand if I ask you to identify yourself with your ID or passport at the start of the first booking. For security I will make a copy of it and I assure absolute discretion.

Important!

  • use of the entire premises without a clinic room for max. 2-3 people.
  • booking from new guests min. 1 week in advance.
  • Prepayment with new tenants is not negotiable.
  • Reservations are binding - strict cancellation regulations
  • Booking/Time-blocks, prices & conditions are not negotiable.
  • free WIFI.
  • music: SONOS SYSTEM with Airplay or Spotify (to bring yourself).
  • 2 small active boxes with audio cables for cell phones, tablets and notepad available.
  • smoking allowed only with open windows.
  • intimate toys, gags, clips, etc. must be brought along
  • cleaning material available.
  • high standard of hygiene! The rooms have to be left (cleaned) as they were found!

Booking Procedure

Send me an email request with specific information regarding name, desired date and time block. Please note the offers under PRICES. Bookings are always binding. Since many inquiries are received, the offers made by me are valid on the current day and expire at midnight. The address will be announced after payment has been received. I ask you to treat it discreetly.

Payment, Key & Cleaning

When the first booking starts, I will personally hand over the keys to you and answer the last questions about the devices. The rent must be paid in advance by IBAN or Paypal. Regular guests get the code for the outside box and can therefore arrive and depart individually in the booked time frame. Payment can then be made in cash on site.

 

Please leave the rooms as they were started. The basic cleaning of the rooms is included in the price on my part, but I expect all game-related soiling to be cleaned by the guests themselves. A simple cleaning plan like the cleaning trolley can be found in the kitchen.

Not Allowed is

  • games with candle wax without a protective foil underneath.
  • special games like caviar & gourmet in the rooms (moderate way in the shower with protective foil ok).
  • parties or events with extren visitors.
  • drugs & other illegal substances.
  • publication of the address in forums, advertising, internet, print, interview etc….
